3. Quotes from the discourses of Poojya Guruji (see below)
Live a full, dynamic, creative & joyful life.
Respond to situations lovingly, without selfish motives.
Selfish motives reveal a perception about ourselves which is limited & lacking.
Learn from past but don't let past experiences condition your present responses.
Real freedom is not from actions but in actions.
Never let any situation, however great it may be, disturb your mental poise.
Let all responses come out of the deep quietude within.
To awake to the quietude within is the objective of all spiritual knowledge.
Real action is to be able to act without any conditionings.
To be able to act is the way to freedom, reactions make us stagnate.
Whenever mind does not know anything, it projects something about that object or person, and thereafter keeps living in an imaginary world.
An ignorant person living in an imaginary world alone suffers.
A person whose basis of life are facts of life never suffers, but lives a joyful, fearless, free life.
Liberation is by knowledge alone.
Knowledge does not mean information but to directly see the fact.
Truth is only one, it may be called differently by different people.
Truth of the world is the truth of the individual.
Truth of God is the truth of individual too.
Truth at once pervades and also transcends everything.
Brahman, the truth has an inexplicable power, called Maya, by which it creates, sustains and destroys the world.
Wielding his Maya Brahman called Ishwar becomes the creator, sustainer and the destroyer of the world.
Creation implies manifestation of the unmanifest yet potential names & forms.
The entire transactional world lives & acts in the midst of names & forms.
All projections are in the realm of time & space. They are limited and are constantly subject to change.
Creation of names & forms is no substantive creation, it is comparable to a projection.
Oneness of something is never affected by a projected thing.
Every person has a changing and a changeless dimension to his personality.
An ignorant person sees & holds on to the changing dimension and suffers.
A man of knowledge is one who becomes conscious of his changeless dimension and merely by this knowledge revels in total fulfillment and contentment.
A man of knowledge is the one who has attained spiritual health.
Self realization is God realization.
Self knowledge is possible only by deep self inquiry and contemplation under the guidance of an awakened soul, the spiritual teacher - satguru.
A ideal satguru not only revels in his true self but should be one who is aware of the whole art of communication as revealed in the Upanishads.
Upanishads are pramana (means of knowledge) for the Knowledge of Self.
Sravana, Manan and Niddidhyasana are the only sadhana required for awakening to the truth of one's Self.
A person needs to have a quiet, contemplative and unreacting mind to conduct the inquiry of Self.
Karma Yoga is the means to bring about a mind capable of Knowledge of Self.
Love is a divine emotion, and straightens all the frills in our minds.
Love implies joy got out of the happiness of other person.
Love can never coexist with selfishness.
Love for God - the supreme intelligence, is bhakti.
Bhakti best expresses through service for all.
Goodness should be as dynamic as evil.
